As you probably already know, the auto industry has been markedly touched by the explosion of hybrid vehicles in the last few years, and many automakers are doing their best to stay ahead of the trends. Sometimes, however, it's more prudent to share ideas than it is to work alone, which is why American automaker Ford has partnered with Nissan and Daimler to research new hybrid technologies.

The MyFord Touch infotainment system has, admittedly, not been the most popular automotive infotainment system on the market, but Ford is working diligently to change that with several large edits and upgrades to the system, as well as an extended warranty to go along with the system, from the current three to five years.

American automaker Ford has been focused on combating breast cancer for some time now with its "Warriors in Pink" program, but now the company is taking things a step further by promoting an online documentary surrounding the subject: Bang the Drum: Living Out Loud in the Face of Breast Cancer, which features personal stories from the company's "Models of Courage," a group of 11 breast cancer survivors who collectively represent the Warriors in Pink. The documentary is listed on the organization's website to promote October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
