American auto brand Ford knows how to set goals and how to surpass them, as the automaker has proven with its new Ford EcoBoost engines. As the Detroit Free Press reports, company sales for the vehicle have been outstanding for the direct-injected, turbocharged engines. The new engines are in a large variety of Ford vehicles and its luxury brand Lincoln's vehicles, like the Lincoln MKT to the Ford Focus ST and the 2013 Ford Escape.

Ford Sends First 2012 Focus Electric Models to Select Dealerships

Penske Racing Returns to Ford

After nine years of sponsorship by Dodge, Penske racing has decided to switch back to Ford sponsorship, which the group was under from 1995-2002. As team owner Roger Penske explains, "We appreciate the long-term commitment that Ford has made to Penske Racing and for their continued support of the sport."1 Though Penske notes that it shared many memories and wins with Dodge, the team has decided to move its commitment back to its old friend, Ford.
