Stop/Start Option Available on Upcoming Ford Fusion

Maybe you've been thinking about leasing or buying a Ford Fusion when the new 2013 model appears this fall, or perhaps you're even thinking about trading in your current Fusion for the more fuel efficient 2013 model. In either case, Ford has great news for you. The American auto brand has announced it will offer an automatic stop/start option for next year's model, at a price of only $295.

If you've been dying to get your hands on the new 2013 Ford Focus Electric, you're somewhat in luck. Though the new EV isn't yet available in the greater New Orleans, LA, it will be soon, as Ford has announced that 67 select dealerships in New Jersey, California, and New York will receive vehicles this spring. These markets make up a large percentage of electric vehicle sales in the United States, and they will be test markets for the vehicle. The best news?  The new Ford Focus Electric will be dispersed nationwide later this year.

Penske Racing Returns to Ford

After nine years of sponsorship by Dodge, Penske racing has decided to switch back to Ford sponsorship, which the group was under from 1995-2002. As team owner Roger Penske explains, "We appreciate the long-term commitment that Ford has made to Penske Racing and for their continued support of the sport."1 Though Penske notes that it shared many memories and wins with Dodge, the team has decided to move its commitment back to its old friend, Ford.
