This Ford Explorer was built over a period of 31/2 months, accumulating 2500 hours of work as the beginning of a long term agreement between Ford Motors and the renowned toy maker Lego, more particularly their new theme park, Legoland Florida in Orlando.
Legoland General Manager Adrian Jones commented the news: "We're less than a month from opening and the anticipation level is incredibly high. This is the only park of its kind in the world built exclusively for kids ages 2 to 12. It's a completely immersive experience, engaging kids' imaginations?"1
